I’ve flirted with the thought of becoming a real estate investor and becoming famous for being the best in the world at it. I tend to do that a lot – daydream about things I could do, but probably never would do. Until I had the chance to read Phil Pustejovsky’s book, “How to Be a Real Estate Investor.”
I’m going to tell you straight up, I knew absolutely nothing about Phil before reading this book. Had no clue about how to go about becoming a real estate investor either, probably not unlike a lot of you reading this. What I’ve learned; however, is that he truly is a #FreedomMentor and has been a part of more than 1,000 real estate investments himself. He’s also considered “one of the most experienced investors alive.” Pretty impressive, right? So you would think that he keeps all that awesome knowledge to himself – but he doesn’t! For nearly a decade, Phil has been guiding regular schmucks like you and me to financial freedom with his real estate investing techniques and strategies. All you need to do is pay attention!
Please don’t think that this is a “get rich quick” book – because it isn’t. Phil shows you how to get started quickly and easily investing in real estate without cash, credit, risk or experience. Yes, even in the crazy up and down markets, you can still make money with Phil’s advice from his own personal experiences. He takes you through the ins and outs, step-by-step, and shows you how to get started.
Phil is a great teacher, giving you the knowledge that you need to begin. You have to be able to put in the time needed, and if you can do so, and follow the information that Phil gives you, you have the ability to become a successful real estate investor as well.
Pick up the book and check it out for yourself. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how simple it is to get started. What you do with that knowledge, is completely up to you.
