In order to have a perfectly healthy and nurtured face it is necessary to invest a lot of time. Without this initial step, you will never achieve that movie-like beauty.
Now, unless you are a teenager, youthful appearance will not come on its own. It is something you have to work on each and every day. Tragic reality of today is that most women do not even bother protecting their face. Instead, they opt for quick make-up or even quicker cosmetic procedures. Truth be told, we are all affected by hectic and stressful life and this leaves mark on our beauty.
But, it doesn’t have to be so. With minimal investment, you can have a beautiful healthy face. Just sit in front of your Hollywood mirror and try these tricks!
Daily Routine is Crucial
As soon as you wake up, go to bathroom and wash your face. If you have enough time, it is also recommended that you clean your face with a wipe which was previously soaked in chamomile. After that, it is necessary to put a cold cream around your eyes which will reduce the swelling (if you have it) and reduce the bags under your eyes.
Be Rational When It Comes to Make-Up
Most women tend to overdo it when it comes to make-up. And then, when they look in a Hollywood mirror with lights, they wonder why their face looks so tired and unhealthy. There is no reason to put too much make-up during the day. It can come off as tacky, unnecessary and aggressive. Furthermore, it is the main reason why your skin looks so bad. Instead, make sure to do peeling whenever you can. Also, use natural products and masks which won’t have a negative impact on your skin.
Removing Make-Up Is Very Important
As we said, make-up represents a poison which can only damage your skin. Excessive use of it can only lead to negative consequences. First and most important rule is to remove make-up before going to bed. This is something that women often forget or skip. There is nothing worse than sleeping with a heavy night make-up and waking up all messy. Pores on your face require air. Make-up blocks those pores and air cannot circulate properly giving your skin necessary matters.
Make sure to completely remove everything from your face. Similarly to putting your make-up, process of removal should take some time. Do not be hasty! When it comes to cleaning products, buy those that are suitable for your skin type. Natural cosmetics are not expensive and they look great in a Hollywood mirror. If you do not like tonics, you can purchase milk which will help you remove make-up. Lastly, if nothing else helps, you can always go for natural creams which will both remove the make-up and nurture your skin. Another thing you have to consider is the way you remove it. Irregular hand movement can only stimulate creation of wrinkles. So, try using long consistent moves, in one direction.
Contrary to popular opinion, industrial make-up is really harmful. Have in mind that nurtured face is not the same thing as the one that has make-up on it. If you are keen enough, the difference is obvious. Make sure to remain beautiful forever. When you go to work or outside in general, there is no need for such products. Opt for natural solutions instead.
As you can see, it is not that hard looking young. All you have to do is stick to these instructions and take care of your skin’s needs.

Great advice and some I am going to be following. I have been very lazy when it comes to my skin and now that I am getting older I need to be more diligent. Thank you!
I’ve been doing the same thing Brigid so don’t feel bad lol! I’ll be turning 50 on February 11th and over the past several years I’ve noticed that my skin doesn’t “bounce back” like it used to and there are a few little lines starting to form here and there … my Nana used to tell me that the changes our faces go through as we get older are simply a sign of the wisdom that’s behind the face to match the life experiences. I always liked to look at these little changes as just that – but that doesn’t mean that they have to be front and center and the first thing anyone sees about me lol!
Great tips, I would have to agree 100%. I’ve also tried to teach my daughters the same thing but I have a pre-teen that
I think I will print it out for! Thanks for sharing.
Yes, yes and yes. The daily routine can be challenging, especially when you’re exhausted but it’s so critical. I’ve taught my daughter to remove her makeup every night before cleansing and to always wear SPF, something I never did at her age.
