I was given the opportunity to review the Rose Gold Body Radiance, the Light Gold Body Dust, and the Unforgettable Lip Radiance products from Gleam by Melanie Mills. Below you will find my honest, unbiased, assessment and thoughts on the products.
Gleam Body Radiance and Body Dust
I fell completely and totally in love with the body radiance and the body dust. The body radiance is silky smooth, and provides your skin with exquisite moisturizer. This body radiance is so versatile, you can use it as simple moisturizer, use it to just highlight and contour, a blush or eye shadow – you can even put it on your legs instead of wearing pantyhose! What girl wouldn’t love that? Want to know the best part? I’ve worn the body radiance alone, and with the body dust, here in Virginia – where our temperatures have been in the mid-90s for more weeks than I can count. Not once did the body radiance run, transfer to my clothing, or stain a single thing.
I normally go to school committee meetings with the minimalist of makeup (if any) most times. I used the body and lip radiance before attending my son’s open house and waited to see if anyone said anything. Several of the teachers and principals and fellow committee members all remarked on how absolutely gorgeous I looked for some reason. I was tickled pink. I had jeans and a regular shirt on, nothing fancy, hair pulled back – and they all commented on how gorgeous I looked! Talk about a major ego boost! My inner diva was strutting her stuff that night!
Gleam Lip Radiance
I could not wait to try the lip radiance. I decided to go a little wild, and requested the Unforgettable – which is a nice bright purple! I absolutely loved this. It moisturizes, hydrates, doesn’t bleed, and lasts for hours! I thought for sure I was going to look a little silly with purple lip color, but it looks amazing on – and you only need a bit:
