Memorial Day weekend is right around the corner and all the children in our neighborhood are just buzzing with excitement. The Memorial Day weekend is also the opening of pool season in our area, and I’ve already had requests as to where the pool passes and the bathing suits are.
Each year to celebrate Memorial Day during the long weekend (schools and businesses are closed on Monday) we plan a barbecue with neighbors and friends and enjoy spending the start of our summer together.
