Do you all SERIOUSLY believe this shit? I’ve been asking for 2 MONTHS for information about the company supporting MY blog that I’ve been growing for over 20 years and they can’t give me an answer but are quick to threaten me? Talk about some effed up bullshit!
Here we are, the 1st of the month, and who do I get an email from? Twenty70 Hosting wanting to know where their monthly payment is. I told them the following:
Y’all seem to think I’m playing games here. It’s been over 2 MONTHS that I have been asking for the following information:
3) I want the name of the registered agent, the owner, the company, and the address of the individual(s) and/or organization who now own Twenty70 Hosting LLC. The Florida LLC has been inactive and the website has not been updated since 2019. Likewise, none of the social media accounts have had any posts or interactions for several years. I would also like to request a telephone number and/or email address to contact support staff when tickets go unanswered for days or weeks.
You want your payment – I want to know who owns the company hosting my website! Give me my answer you will get my payment. Don’t answer and I will go to the news stations and I’ve already posted on social media multiple times that y’all have failed to respond to a ticket for 2 MONTHS!
Need y’all to help push this on social media! Their Twitter account is at http://twitter.com/twenty70hosting and their Facebook account is at http://facebook.com/twenty70hosting. Tell them to respond to their tickets in a timely manner and they will get paid!
Dealing with these people at Twenty70 Hosting is absolutely horrid! Below is just ONE ticket where I have requested information from them over 2 months ago and I still have not received an answer.
You may wonder why I am so hard on them. Well to begin with, back in April 2024 after I paid my invoice for the month – they went ghost for 5 months. Never received an invoice, could not contact anyone via a support ticket – nothing. They were just GONE. Everyone’s websites remained operational and then all of a sudden, on August 1, 2024, we all got hit with 5 MONTHS of bills for hosting services, and if they were not paid by the 4th, your website was shut down until payment was made.
For the past two to three years it has been a nightmare trying to get an answer from anyone at Twenty70 Hosting unless you become belligerent or open multiple tickets across all areas until they decide to respond to you.
I asked over, and over, and over again why they disappeared for 5 months and they STILL have not answered that question!! They closed my ticket and refused to respond.
Below is one ticket I have been trying to get a response on since February 3, 2025.

1) Please remove invoice ********. That was an attempt I made to upload money to my account and should not appear as an invoice.
2) Change my email address to **** and remove ****. I have already made the adjustment in my account settings.

Unlike when I first switched my hosting service over to Twenty70 and received a response within 24 hours – now it takes MONTHS to get a response. You guys DISAPPEARED FOR OVER 5 MONTHS and NOBODY has yet to explain why this happened. Yet your company was extremely quick to bill ME for the 5 months you disappeared AND shut my blog down until all 5 months of invoices were paid.
You state on your website 24/7/365 service. Well, I have been emailing since January 31 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and now today Tuesday WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE.
So respond to support tickets like you should and claim to do and I won’t have to blow up the help desk to get your attention.

We are resolving an issue with our payment API and will provide a method to submit payment within the next 48 hours.
It looks like you are opening multiple tickets deliberately – do not continue to do this whether now or in the future as it will clog up the helpdesk. Note that this is not an instant messaging software where the more messages you send the faster response you get – if you continue to abuse our helpdesk system we will have to restrict the number of tickets that you can open. Note also that we require clients to remain civil in their exchange with us as per our ToS.

I’ve been trying to reach someone all weekend about not being able to pay my invoice. I keep getting this message: “things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later.” Screenshots are attached. I was online with PayPal having them to try and send the payment through and YOUR system won’t accept the payment because your PayPal link is incorrect.
DO NOT SHUT MY BLOG DOWN BECAUSE YOU HAVEN’T BEEN PAID. I have been trying to pay the invoice since Friday and it just doesn’t work. I even attempted to upload money to my account with y’all and that doesn’t work either.
I will continue to open tickets until someone gets back to me on how to pay my invoice!!!

Yes, it seems to not be processing, so I recommend reaching out to the other party, and let them know you are attempting to make the payment but the link is not working. There is nothing stopping it on your end. Let me know if you need anything further.
And update my email address to *** and delete the second invoice for *** – I tried to upload funds from PayPal and that didn’t work either.

WHMCompleteSolution
So, apparently, this company WHMCompleteSolution, an automated web hosting company, is the one handling Twenty70 Hosting. So yes, they have received an email as well and I will be contacting them over and over until someone gives me a straight answer. Especially since they have blocked me from commenting about them on Facebook.
Customers have the power to make a change. And I think it is about time to find another web hosting service.
